”Mr Nikhil Bhopale” is a renowned Ornithologist and herpetologist with interest in wildlife Photography. He has worked on several research project of BNHS for more than four years and has introduced many new wildlife destinations  over there. To his credits he has scientific papers published in internationally renowned journals.

He is co author of the birding field guide “Birds of the Indian Subcontinent – A Field Guide(Link)”

Tentative itinerary-

9th Aug - Reach Amboli by 9/10 am.

Breakfast. Freshen-up.

Introductory session and interaction/slideshow or a short  Nature walk.

Lunch.

Nature Walk to Chaukul Road.

10th Aug - Morning Nature walk to Mahadev Gad.

Lunch.

Late afternoon Naure walk to Forest Nursery and Parikshit Point.

Night Trail.

Dinner.

11th Aug - Morning Nature walk to Chaukul Road.

Lunch.

Camp ends.

Cost: Twin sharing          -   Rs. 5550/-

        Triple sharing        -   Rs. 4750/-

        Quadruple sharing -   Rs. 4350/-

Includes: accommodation at Hotel Sayali, all veg meals from breakfast on 9th August till lunch on 11th August and Wild Life and Photography expertise

Excludes: Participants need to arrange their travel from Mumbai - Amboli and back or can be arrange at

                 extra cost

Please note: Amboli is easily approachable from Sawantwadi (30 km). State transport buses run frequently.  Any Volvo bus for Goa stops at Sawantwadi Bus Stand. We can arrange your travel at extra cost if booked well in advance.
