(Starting on 22nd night)

 We are Happy to announce an event of Rock climbing at Tail Bail wall.

"Rock Climbing the application of the techniques on field while climbing TailBaila "

Itinerary :

Meeting point : Lonavala Bus Depot. at 9.30 pm sharp on 22nd February 2014.

• Proceed towards Base village.
• Night Ascend till Cave.
• Dinner and Retire for the day

• Early Morning wake up, Breakfast
• Introduction, Move to rock climbing
• Instructions .... Do's and Don't 
• Rock Climbing start by 7am.
• Lunch 1.00 pm
• Rock Climbing till complete batch done.
• wind up for day 6.00 pm
• Return Journey by 6.30 pm.

The charges for the Climbing are Rs 1500/- per head

Transportation from Lonavla and back

1 Meals, 1 Breakfasts and 1 Evening refreshment

Dress Code :

Wear comfortable closed neck casual cotton top and stretchable or comfort fit cotton trousers.

Flexible shoes with a good rubber grip for proper hold over rocks. Bata 'Fitness' are the most preferred.

The itinerary for the Event is as given below:

Meeting point : Kamshet  Station 08.30 am on same day of the event 

Mumbai people can reach  Lonavala by Indrayanai Express by 8.00 am

Further they have to catch 8.20 am-Local from Lonavala for Kamshet.

• 09:00 am : Reach Base Village, introduction, Instruction Breakfast

• 09:30 am : start moving toward Tower Hill by Private Vehicle.
• 10:00 am : Reach Tower Hill.
• 10.30 am : Paragliding will start as per registration , turn by turn. (as per registration order or situational )
• Lunch in between
• 05:30 pm : Departure to Mumbai
• Reaching Mumbai by 09:30 – 10:30 pm tentatively.

We might call people early, depending on wind conditions.

We invite you to an pre monsoon trek to Fort Tikona on 16th of June 2013.

Trivia

Type: Hill Fort

Height: 3580 feet above mean sea level

Base Village: Tikona Peth

Region:  Lonavala

Difficulty Rating: Easy

Named by its peculiar triangular shape fort Tikona is an easy trek suitable for beginners. The eye catching view of the Pawna Dam back waters and the fort Tunga situated beyond that is a mesmerizing experience.

On top of the fort one can find an intact entrance door, a temple of Trimbakeshwar Mahadev(Lord Shiva) and few caves. The specialty of this idol is the shivlinga is made up of Shaligram stone.

The itinerary for the trek is as given below.

Meeting Point : Kamshet staion at 8.35am

Transportation till Kamshet :

People from mumbai are requested to reserve tickets in any of the train reaching Lonavala by 08.00am and then board local train (plat form no 3) which leaves Lonavala by 8.15 and alight at Kamshet.

Please take a ticket till Kamshet
